Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and Intel615 ("we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of The Mainline Report and any related services (together, the "Service"). By subscribing to or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

1. The Service

The Mainline Report is a monthly competitor-intelligence report for independent plumbing operators, delivered by email with a linked PDF. Each report is built from publicly available information — including Google Business Profile data, review text, search rankings, advertising activity, and hiring signals — about the competitors you and/or our competitor-discovery process select. The Service is informational and advisory. It is not legal, financial, or professional business advice, and we make no guarantee about the business results you'll achieve by acting on it. Reports are generated using AI-assisted analysis of the collected data, not produced by a human marketing consultant, and may contain factual errors, misinterpretations, or recommendations that don't fit your specific situation.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract to use the Service. You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide during intake (business name, service area, competitors, contact email) and for keeping it up to date — the report depends on it. You're responsible for safeguarding access to the email address on file, since that's how reports and account communications are delivered.

3. Subscription and Billing

The Service is billed monthly in advance through Stripe, our payment processor. Intel615 does not store or have access to your payment card details.

Founder pricing. The first five customers to subscribe are offered a founder rate of $129/month. This rate is locked for the life of that subscription — as long as your subscription remains active and in good standing, your monthly price will not increase, even as standard pricing changes. If a founder subscription is cancelled, the founder rate is not reinstated on a later resubscription.

Standard pricing. All other customers are billed a one-time setup fee of $399 plus $149/month thereafter. We may change standard pricing for new subscribers at any time; changes do not apply retroactively to your existing subscription except as described above.

If a payment fails, we may retry the charge, suspend report delivery, or terminate your subscription until payment is resolved.

4. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the customer portal or by emailing hello@intel615.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you'll continue to receive reports and access through that date. We do not provide refunds or credits for the current billing period, including partial months.

5. Data Accuracy; No Guarantee

Report content is sourced from Google, Meta, and other public sources. These sources can be incomplete, delayed, or wrong, and we don't independently verify every data point before it reaches your report. The Service is provided for informational purposes only — we don't guarantee the accuracy of any data point, insight, or recommendation, and we don't guarantee that acting on a report will produce any particular business outcome.

6. Intellectual Property

Intel615 owns the Service, including the report format, methodology, synthesis process, and all Intel615 branding. Once delivered, you may use the contents of your own report internally for your business — for example, to inform pricing, marketing, or hiring decisions. You may not resell, publish, or redistribute your report, in whole or in part, to third parties, and you may not represent the report or its contents as your own work product for resale to others.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: use the Service to build a competing product; attempt to scrape, reverse-engineer, or extract the underlying data pipeline; share your account access with a competitor; or use the Service for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend or terminate your subscription if we reasonably believe you've violated this section.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the subscription at any time as described in Section 4. We may also suspend or terminate your access immediately if you fail to pay or violate Section 7. If we discontinue the Service generally, we'll provide reasonable notice and a pro-rated refund for any prepaid, undelivered period.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We don't warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. If a data source is unavailable during a given month, the affected section of your report may be omitted or noted as unavailable rather than delaying delivery of the rest of the report.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Intel615's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the claim arose. In no event will Intel615 be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including lost profits or lost business, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

11. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Tennessee, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by a revised "Last updated" date above. If we make a material change, we'll notify you by email before it takes effect. Continuing to use the Service after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.
